Data You Give Us Directly
Search Queries
A name, organization, or case number entered into a search tool is transmitted to the third-party company that operates that tool. The provider processes the query and supplies its result. Stone County Court Docket does not keep or log those search terms on its own systems.
Messages and Contact Submissions
If you send an email, the message may be retained so a response can be prepared. It is not shared outside the organization unless disclosure is required by law.
Data We Gather Automatically
When a page loads, servers and analytics tools can collect basic technical information about the visit.
- Device IP address
- Browser name and version
- Device type and operating system
- Pages viewed and time spent
- Referring website, when available
- Date and time of each request
Cookies and Analytics
Small cookie files and analytics services help measure traffic, popular content, and points where visitors leave. A browser can block cookies. Some functions may then work differently.
What We Do With This Data
Collected technical information supports routine site operation.
- Maintain availability and page speed
- Route a search to the selected partner service
- Measure which material visitors use
- Diagnose errors and security issues
- Display advertising that may reflect visitor interests
No Court-Record Data on File
Stone County Court Docket does not host, compile, maintain, or sell a database of personal court records. It publishes directions to Search ARCourts, the Stone County Circuit/County Clerk, and District Court. Arkansas Supreme Court Administrative Order 19 governs access to official court records held by those public custodians. Visitor data is not assembled into a consumer report, and this website is not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act.
Third-Party Search Partners
Outside companies power the search boxes that appear on content pages. Information submitted through a box is handled under that provider's privacy policy, retention rules, and sharing practices. Review those terms before entering a query because this policy does not control the partner.
Links to Other Websites
Links may lead to Stone County offices, Arkansas Judiciary resources, courts, legal-aid resources, or search services. The destination's privacy policy applies once a visitor leaves this website. Read it before providing personal information.
Advertising providers may use their own systems to measure activity across websites and select ads. That processing is governed by the provider.
Who Might See Your Data
Personal data is not sold. Limited information may be disclosed to the following recipients when needed.
- Search providers that process a query
- Analytics vendors that measure traffic and performance
- Advertising networks serving website ads
- Government or law-enforcement authorities acting under a valid legal demand
How We Protect Your Data
Reasonable and commonly used security measures protect information collected through the website. No internet service can promise absolute security, so a breach can never be ruled out completely.
Users Under 18
This resource is intended for adults and does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If such information is identified, a deletion request may be made.
Your Data Rights
Rights vary by residence and applicable law. Arkansas Supreme Court Administrative Order 19 concerns official court records and does not turn this private website into their custodian. Subject to law and any need to retain information, a visitor may make these requests about data held by the website.
- Ask what personal information is on file
- Request correction of inaccurate information
- Request deletion of retained information
- Object to certain processing where the law provides that choice
Updates to This Policy
This policy may be revised as practices or legal duties change. A replacement will appear here with an updated effective date.
